Compensation: $12.00+ / hr
This person will respond to Inbound Home Depot calls/emails. Responsible for processing orders and offering additional items for purchase based on customer’s needs.
Other Duties Include:
Process re-orders on returns and cancelled orders.
Assist customers with website navigation.
Provide product and warranty information.
Locate shipments and credits.
Issue product returns and expedite delivery of missing parts.
Provide superior customer service by achieving one-call resolution.
Handle customer concerns promptly and with empathy
Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Must be very comfortable with up selling and cross selling.
Commitment adherence of 90% or greater.
Listening / paraphrasing skills.
Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly
Communicate in the English language.
Courteous/Professional/Friendly
Computer literacy a must.
Complete a voice assessment
Pass a drug screening and background check
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
