About Us
We have a variety of positions available for qualified individuals to work from home handling customer service in-bound calls. During the holiday season, there is an increased need for at-home agents to handle the higher call volume. If you have a quiet place to work, can be on the internet and accept calls, and have a professional and friendly demeanor, this may be the perfect job for you.

There are a variety of companies you may be working for, including Staples, 1-800 Flowers, AAA, Blooms Today, Harry & David, and more. Most At-Home Agents take calls for only one company, however you may find yourself answering calls for several smaller clients.

Part-time and Full-time positions are available. There are no-fees for employment, however you are responsible for maintaining your own home-office equipment (computer, phone line).

Job Details
Your specific job duties will vary depending upon which position you are placed in, but will include:
*Logging into a computerized system to begin your shift
*Answer incoming calls that are directed from a central call center
*Help customers over the phone with a variety of customer service issues, including placing orders, accessing their account information, handling requests for product returns, and more
*Correctly enter important data into the computer system, including payment details, customer interaction summaries, account details, and more.

Applicant Requirements
*Previous customer service experience: Should have 1-2 years at least
*Previous call-center experience a plus
*Previous experience with working from home a plus
*Must have a home-office, a quiet place where you can work
*Must have a computer that meets technical requirements
*Must have high-speed internet access
*Must have a land-line telephone
