As a Home Agent, you will be receiving incoming calls from customers of leading companies. The types of calls vary, and may include customer service, sales or technical support. We provide a comprehensive, paid training program designed to develop successful Home Agents.

As a Home Agent, you will be paid an hourly wage for your training, as well as for your time worked. This hourly wage is determined based on the work you perform for our clients’ customers. You will receive additional information on this as you discuss your schedule and work preferences with a member of the Home Team, as part of our hiring process. In addition to paid training, Home Agent employees are eligible to select from applicable benefit offerings.
