An online retailer of handcrafted furniture is seeking a candidate who can work remotely (work-from-home) & do the following tasks:
1. Handle Customer phone calls during suppport hours
2. Handle Pre-Sales & Post-Sales inquiries by email, phone or live-chat
3. Follow-up & Close sales over email, phone or chat
Requirements:
1. Furniture Knowledge/Sales highly desirable
2. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
3. Familiar with basic office tools like Email, Excel etc
4. Familiarity with Internet applications including Internet Chat & Call experience desirable
5. Reliable availability during set timings:
Emails: Respond to all emails within 1 Hour between the hours of 9AM – 6PM EST
Calls: Answer calls live between the hours of 9AM – 6PM EST
Hours & Compensation:
1. Approximately 40 hrs/wk
2. Timings are from 9am – 6pm EST
3. Work Week is 5 days from Sat – Wed
4. Pay is $8/hr plus Commissions
5. Employment Type as Independent Contractor (1099)
