Job Description:

Customer Care Professionals working on this program will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in all interactions which includes: assisting customers with high level tech support in regards to their PDA/Smart Phone.

Position Duties:

* Assist customers with high level tech support in regards to their PDA/Smart Phone. Callers will have already been through several levels of tech support.
* Answers incoming customer inquiries promptly and in accordance with the established call-handling procedures
* Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional, timely and courteous manner

Required Skills:

* Minimum of at least 6 months customer service experience is required.
* Applicants must have basic knowledge of cell phones.
* Applicants are required to have customer service on a job that demands multi-tasking
* Applicants are required to be proficient at sending emails and text messaging from their cell phone

General Qualifications:

* Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills
* Active listening and attention to detail with the ability to quickly organize and multi-task in a fast-paced/changing environment
* Ability to empathize with the customer
* Ability to engender trust and engagement with customers
* Ability to identify, trouble shoot and resolve customer challenges including follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Excellent to high computer skills- use internet daily, knowledgeable with downloading programs and emailing file attachments. Skilled with using chat and instant message communications. Knowledgeable with keyboard short-cuts, such as cut-and-paste. Ability to trouble-shoot computer glitches independently before calling for assistance. Able to work with seven to fifteen browser windows open on desktop and can toggle between multiple windows.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

Legally able work in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
